Totally Ruthless Rules and Regulations

1. POLICY ON CHEATING

 » TROG members shall NOT cheat.

 » TROG members should not use glitches or bugs during public games.

 » TROG members should not spawn camp.

» If a member of TROG is accused of cheating, spawn-camping or using glitches, the member will be subjected to examination by a committee of members of TROG chosen by the (HA) (Head Admin); this could result in the member being discharged from TROG.

• CHEAT: ANY ALTERATION OF THE OFFICIAL GAME CODE AND ASSOCIATED FILES OR ANY USE OF A PROGRAM THAT IS MEANT TO ALTER THE BEHAVIOUR OF THE GAME IN A WAY THAT GIVES AN ADVANTAGE TO PLAYERS USING IT.

• GLITCH/BUG: USING ANY MALFUNCTION OF A GAME WHICH INHIBITS FAIR PLAY AND IS ADVANTAGEOUS TO THE PLAYER USING IT.

• SPAWN-CAMPING IS WATCHING A SPAWN AREA FOR PLAYERS RE-SPAWNING & SHOOTING/NADING OR ANY SORT OF FIRING INTO THAT AREA IT IS AN UNFAIR WAY TO PLAY & WILL NOT BE TOLERATED.

 

Section 2 - APPLICATION PROCESS

 

» If you have any steam bans on your account you may read no further as [TROG] has a strict NO BANS policy

» New members shall be subject to a 30 day probationary period during which time they will be granted the [trog] Tag and be expected to meet certain requirements as follows:

» Remain active in the forum, posts must be made on more than one day;

» Remain active in online gaming;

» Act in a mature manner;

» Abide by all clan rules and regulations.

2.2

» All applicants wishing to join The Totally Ruthless Old Gits shall be at least 18 years of age.

» Every probationary member is required to stay in communication with the clan. Registering on the website and participating in the forums is required. Forum participation usage does not expire after you are accepted. Teamspeak is required. New recruits are expected to join the clan in Teamspeak and game servers frequently.

» Upon posting an application, you agree to everything stated in this clan constitution and that your information submitted is accurate. You agree that in the case of an infringement your clan privileges will be removed by website Administrator until the council can be contacted and the issue resolved

 

 3 CODE OF CONDUCT

 

» TROG members should respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed.

»TROG clan members must wear our clan tags probationary members wear [trog], full Clan members [TROG].

If you are playing an online game which is in the [TROG] game lists, or a game that [TROG] play. You are expected to wear our tags at all times.

Removal of said tags in stated games is classed as disrespectful to the clan and will not be tolerated.

Removal of Clan Tags is deemed as an official resignation from the clan and no further discussion will be had. You will be free to re apply to the clan through the normal procedures and ranking within the clan will start from the bottom rank (probie).

Our game list is currently; ALL previous & future Call of Duty titles, The Division and Titan Fall, all previous & future Battlefield titles.

 

» TROG members should respect non-TROG players in the same way as TROG members.

» TROG members should show dignity, honor and integrity outside of TROG.

Any insult towards the member, its unit, another TROG member, TROG installation or TROG as a whole should be ignored and not commented upon. However we are human & can only take so much. TROG does not need to defend itself.

» No TROG member will swear or curse extensively on our Team-speak server but we are all grown up & should expect some bad language. Constant swearing or the use of extreme words is not tolerated and may result in a temporary or permanent ban from our TS server. Remember clan membership is dependant on the use of our voice servers. Constant "minor" offences wil be subject to a Clan Council review

» TROG members must speak in English on our Team-speak server unless they are in a channel with 2 or more members speaking the same language & everyone in that channel can understand them.

» No TROG member will broadcast, issue or post images, links or texts involving nudity, sexual content, or any other adult content, whether in forums or email or voice communications.

» Typing profanities within any server is not permitted offenders will be given a warning, constant offenders will be subject to a Council review .

» Games can be frustrating so if you feel as if you are losing your cool, then you should step back.

Rage quitting from server and voice coms is not acceptable. Offenders will be subject to a Council review .

Any member who after rage quitting removes their clan tags or posts in the forum or shout box that they have had enough and no longer wish to be a clan member will be removed from the clan with immediate effect, there will be no further discussion. Should the said member change their mind and the other clan members agree with that member returning then they will be subject to the same probationary period as all "new" members and will have their rank reset.

» No TROG members shall post abusive content to or about another member or non member in either the forum or the shoutbox, to do so brings the clan into disrepute as such comments can be seen by the public.

 

» Failure to follow the TROG Code of Conduct may result in disciplinary measures up to & including receiving a warning from the Head Admin. If that is the case, it will be the first and final warning.

 

 4. THE TROG WAY

 

 » TROG is primarily a group of dedicated gamer's.

» TROG members who game on third party applications such as Steam, Origin or Uplay should have a profile on them, anyone without a profile will not be allowed to join until they set one up.

» If an issue can be resolved on a reasonable and friendly basis, it will.

» TROG accepts all real life needs and commitments. TROG will not ask any member to put TROG before real life.

 

 5. COMMUNICATIONS

 

 » Communications are an important part of TROG. The official languages are: English.

» In order to communicate with other TROG members you are required to have a microphone and Team-Speak 3 application.

 

6. CHAIN OF COMMAND (COC)

 

 » TROG uses a CHAIN OF COMMAND (COC) in the organization of teams, relay of orders, and flow of information to achieve success on the battlefield.

» TROG members will not pass over their direct leader with requests unless ordered to do so by a COC member above their leader, or if their request is not being handled even if it is an issue about TROG methods.

» The (HA) Head Admin is the end of the divisional COC for clan members.

» All orders must be followed, whether in combat, training, in daily TROG duty, and including the installation of communications software on the member’s PC. Orders are not up for discussion.

» Ranks should be respected on TS or/and in a public game.

 

 7. PRIVACY POLICY

 

»All information, posts and content in the forum is private & for members only (with the exception of the 'Public Area' section of the forum). Any member found to be passing information from within the private areas to anyone who does not have access to these areas will be required to explain their reasons for doing so to the council.

 

 » All data that TROG is storing about a TROG member will be kept secure even in the unlikely event that the member decides to leave TROG.

 

 » All data TROG submits to a member is to be kept secured and not accessible to any other person unless the data is explicitly declared public. This especially includes server IP’s and passwords, other members private email addresses and data that is protected from public access by passwords.

 

 » TROG members are not allowed to communicate or compromise, by any means, our strategies, strengths, tactics, or weaknesses, with anyone outside of TROG.

» Any person wishing to become a member of [TROG] must not have cheated or tried it,

» The Admin’s decision is FINAL. Do NOT question us, we know best.

» This is the most important rule of them all. HAVE FUN AND ENJOY YOUR STAY WITH US.

» [TROG] Admin reserves the right to alter or change rules at any-time.
